CASE STUDY

Below, we will examine one of our assessments to illustrate how effective we are at finding the deficiencies and areas for improvement in TPL programs. In this assessment we were engaged by a state-run, FFS Medicaid program. The review was conducted to validate existing TPL data and identify what cost avoidance opportunities the program’s TPL was missing. The results of the study revealed a tremendous opportunity to improve program efficiency.
